By submitting a video to New EDM Tracks, you agree to the following terms:
- Publication & Quality Control: Videos are published automatically and reviewed after publication. Submission does not guarantee continued publication. New EDM Tracks reserves the right to remove content that does not meet our professional quality standards or conflicts with the spirit of PLUR.
- Performance Monitoring: We may monitor each video’s performance, including watch time, likes, dislikes, and comments, to evaluate its reception and relevance to our audience.
- Removal Without Notice: We reserve the right to make videos private or remove them at any time, without prior notice, due to poor performance, quality concerns, inappropriate conduct, violations of our guidelines, or other operational reasons.
- Copyright & Content ID: You retain ownership of your music and grant New EDM Tracks permission to publish and promote your submitted video. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and resolving copyright issues with your distributor, label, or rights holders. If a copyright issue triggers our automated removal procedure, your video will be made private, and you will have seven days to resolve the issue before permanent deletion.
- Withdrawal of Permission: You may withdraw your permission for New EDM Tracks to publish your video by contacting us and requesting its removal. Removing @NewEDMTracks from a Content ID Allowlist is not a reliable method of withdrawing permission.
- Personal Data: We process information submitted through our registration form as described in our Privacy Policy. Google and YouTube may process information under their own privacy policies.
